We can supply on demand, an engineer to visit your equipment on site for service and emergency repairs. For this we charge the rates as shown in the table below.
Service engineers are available on a work load basis and we make no guarantees to attend site within a specific time frame. However if guaranteed response times are required we offer service contracts tailored to suit your needs.
When ever possible we try to incorporate preventative maintenance with routine service in order to make our on site service as cost effective as possible.
