Leopold Professional Imaging are proud to announce the distributorship for the Biedermann range of Cold and Warm Laminators together with a range of low cost adhesive films and laminates.
Biedermann Laminators are assembled in Germany to a very high standard, being well built and very robust.
Hot and Cold models feature a substantial top pressure roller up to 130mm in diameter thus giving constant and even pressure over the media. They can accommodate thicknesses from paper to board up to 25mm thick. Roller pressure is adjusted manually guaranteeing even pressure over the whole width of the machine.
The Warm models have heated silicone rollers that make it possible to laminate up to a temperature of approximately 60 o C eliminating silvering on certain types of media.
The
speed of lamination is controlled by a foot switch, in conjunction with
adjustable speed motors allowing up to four metres per minute maximum
throughput. The drive system can also be reversed for ease of loading.
All models can be fitted with an optional roll take up unit for use with roll applications. Additionally a roll feed is available for applications where double sided lamination is required.
For safety, all models feature a physical finger guard as well as an optical barrier thus making the unit acceptable for UK health and safety requirements.
